The ASE Certified Technician must demonstrate
a high level of motivation and energy. The ASE Certified Technician
must have a customer-focused attitude. The ASE Certified Technician
must follow established company policies and procedures to inspect, diagnose
and perform approve necessary repairs. The Certified Technician must,
through experience, develop diagnostic capabilities enabling personal
growth and promotability. The ASE Certified Technician supports the
Service Consultant by completing each job on time, without error or
omission. The ASE Certified Technician must possess strong leadership
and mentoring skills with an ability to teach associates and be able
